Never ever call city cabs, especially if it is after 10pm. The cab never appeared at the booked time which was mid night ... and we were stranded in front a theater in a remote area for one hour. The people at the call center has least courtesy to give us an honest update even if their cab was not available. They kept saying that the cab would appear in few minutes for more than an hour. Please be safe and never rely on these cheap cabs ... go for some reliable service providers such as MERU or Easy cabs ... few bucks more is worth it.
